Refund Policy:
At Cold Press Index, quality is our top priority. We aim to create the highest quality product with the freshest fruits and vegetables and deliver it to your doorstep in the shortest amount of time. However, we acknowledge that sometimes, you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase and due to the nature of the product being raw juices - sometimes juices can oxidise and require replacement.
If so, we're here to help you sort it out. We are open to considering refunds on a case-to-case basis based on the feedback that we receive.
If there is an issue with your order, please send us a photo of the products via email or our Whatsapp hotline.
Please note that due to the nature of our products (raw juice), we do not collect back the juices. Should the juices be spoilt/gassy, we will provide a replacement.
